We are a family owned (mother and son) business and have been serving clients in Lansing and its surrounding communities for over 7 years.
Paul M. Barker is a Certified Master Inspector who has inspected over 5,000 residential and commercial structures and is familiar with all aspects of construction. Paul's inspection procedures meet or exceeds the NACHI Standards of Practice criteria. Paul's experience and knowledge will guide you through the inspection process so you can make a confident purchasing decision. When Paul has the time, he enjoys playing golf with his 15 year old son Michael who has been playing on the Junior Tour for 3 years.
Valerie J. Barker has over 30 years experience in business administration and accounting. In addition to running the day to day operations, Valerie is in charge of the Radon Testing Division. She is familiar with all aspects of radon, testing and midigation.
Our testing equipment is state of the art and all inspections are conducted in accordance with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors Standards of Practice.
